Haughton is a film director, writer, and mental health advocate from St. Louis, Missouri, now based in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Webster University with a major in Film, Television, and Video Production, a minor in Scriptwriting, and a certificate in Entrepreneurship.

As the founder of A Travis Production, his company creates bold, thought-provoking narratives that explore identity and mental health through film, television, photography, and music.

Beyond directing, Haughton is a passionate mental health advocate. He serves on the 2024–25 Youth Mental Health Council through Mental Health America, working to amplify young voices and drive meaningful change in the conversation around mental well-being. His work strives to challenge perspectives, spark conversations, and elevate underrepresented voices.
